Free Paper

There are seven categories that you can choose from for your presentation. You can submit more than one paper, however, each paper only belongs to one category.

a)Oncology

b)PET/CT and PET/MR

c)SPECT and SPECT/CT

d)Radionuclide Therapy

e)Nuclear Cardiology

f)Molecular Probes and Theranostics

g)Nuclear Neurology

Each applicant can have 20 min presentation & 5 mins Q&A

Academic Competition

a)Rising NM Professional Challenge

Requirements

1.Candidate must be Nuclear Medicine Professional under the age of 45

2.Abstracts must be recommended by Regional Principal approved by ASNM. Submitted Abstracts for Rising NM Professional Challenge will be reviewed by the OrganizingCommittee. (One per participating region/country)

3.Candidates must provide a Curriculum Vitae (CV). No more than one A-4 size page

4.Candidates will present to a panel of judges within a twenty (20) minute timeframe

5.Topic of presentation must derive from the following four (4) fields of Nuclear Medicine:

Basic Science Research of Nuclear Medicine

Clinical Research of Nuclear Medicine

Nuclear Medicine Imaging

Nuclear Medicine Therapy

Awards

Golden Prize1 person$1000
Sliver Prize2 people$800
Bronze Prize3 people$500
Winners will be announced onsite.

b)Asian Nuclear Medicine Teaching Competition


Topic 

1.Clinical application of  lung  vent/perfusion  imaging in the patients with suspected pulmonary embolism

2.Dose calculating in the treatment of hyperthyroidism with iodine-131

3.Diagnostic value of 18F-FDG PET/CT in identification of breast lesions

Requirements

1.Applicant must be younger than 40 with more than 5 years experience in nuclear medicine lesson teaching

2.Each applicant can have 15 min presentation & 5 mins Q&A

3.Each Topic is limited to 5 participants only

Awards

Each topic will have one 1st place award of $100.

Special Session

a)Cross-Strait Technology Exchange Seminar

1.Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China ONLY

2.Use mandarin only

3.Each applicant can have 20 min presentation & 5 mins Q&A

a)Sino-Japan Joint Seminar On Nuclear Medicine

1.To be determined by The Chinese Society of Nuclear Medicine (CSNM) and The Japanese Society of Nuclear Medicine (JSNM)

2.Each applicant can have 20 min presentation & 5 mins Q&A

Poster Presentation

Posters are separated into seven categories. You may choose only one category .The categories are as follows:

a)Oncology

b)PET/CT and PET/MR

c)SPECT and SPECT/CT

d)Radionuclide Therapy

e)Nuclear Cardiology

f)Molecular Probes and Theranostics

g)Nuclear Neurology

Requirements

1.There are no limitations on the content and design but we prefer the posters to contain less words and have more figures & tables

2.The size of the poster will be 80*120cm in portrait

3.Please send your poster content and design in PDF format to secretariat@asiannmschool.org

Please state the category your paper belongs to and your full name in the email clearly

4.The ASNM Secretariat will print your posters out upon being approved by the Organizing Committee

5.There will be poster awards, and the poster presenters should introduce their posters during the designated time, as specified in the Timetable

Each presenter can have 10 min presentation & 5 mins Q&A

Awards
